Our breadings are based on seasoning with a fat coating. They guarantee optimum, stable appearance during the full shelf life. We distinguish between breadings for meat and for convenience specialities.

Breadings for meat

  • Are suitable for oven-baking and pan-frying
  • Guarantee optimum, stable appearance during the full shelf life.
  • Can be individually adjusted for salt content
  •   Can be applied by a flour dredging or dry coating system

Various types, including gluten-free, are available and can be offered with and without seasonings.
