FUCHS MicroControl technology involves the thermal treatment of spices in a moist atmosphere. It reduces the total germ count in spices virtually entirely, without harming the value-giving attributes of flavour, taste and appearance.

The sterilized products are used in a number of foods, because they guarantee a longer shelf-life and make it possible to dispense with preservatives.
