The LiquidControl process gives the food industry access to herb and spice preparations with a low germ count. The gentle thermal pre-treatment preserves the high quality of the final product. Flavour intensity and fresh colour are maintained without the use of preservatives. The customised LC products are delivered in aseptic containers with an online metering apparatus.
