Our coatings can be given a unique appearance and put to distinctive use in the convenience segment. They can be sold together with technological components (e.g. preservatives, colour stabilisers).
Dry Seasonings for Coatings
For breading and seasoning meat of all kinds
These dry seasonings, e.g. herb, paprika or curry:
- Are suitable for baking and pan-cooking
- Guarantee an ideal and consistent appearance right up to the "best before date"
- Offer an adjustable salt content
- Can be applied by a flouring or breading machine.
