Intenso Pur
The natural flavour enhancer

Developed for the meat and general food industry, Intenso Pur is designed to replace previously used seasonings. It gives products a balanced, aromatic flavour and rounds off the overall sensory impression.

Intenso Pur flavour enhancers from FUCHS come in three varieties: Intenso Pur (with visible spice particles) and Intenso Pur Extrakt (without visible spice particles) are suitable for cooked cured products, boiled and cooked sausage, as well as for many convenience products, soups, sauces and snacks. The dextrose-free Intenso Pur Without Dextrose variety was developed specifically for the production of raw sausage and semi-perishable goods.

Only the ingredients table salt and spices must be declared on the individual end products, plus dextrose in the case of Intenso Pur and plus dextrose and spice extracts in the case of Intenso Pur Extrakt.

Intenso Pur is a natural flavour enhancer containing
• no monosodium glutamate additive,
• no yeast extracts,
• no palm oil,
• no hydrolyzed vegetable protein (HVP),
• no additives subject to labelling requirements,
• no allergenic ingredients subject to labelling requirements pursuant to Annex III LMKV (German Food Labelling Ordinance).
