Edible coatings for meat products and cheese
Dip processes used to make edible coatings have been known for some time. With Skin-Dekor products from FUCHS, these coatings can be applied on a wide variety of products in a single processing step.
Herbs, paprika, garlic, pepper, cheese or fruity variations: all of these coatings provide for a good appearance and flavour. Skin Dekor products are sliceable, fast-drying and suitable for automated processing.
Surface finishes have proven to be effective, particularly for raw sausage, cheese and vegetables. The ideal dipping temperature range is defined for each and every Skin Dekor coating. By varying the dipping temperature within the specified range, the desired coating layer thickness on the product can be achieved.
